This week, you'll have plenty of things competing for your attention—friends, responsibilities, entertainment, problems, and pressures. But don't let those things become your focus. Keep your eyes on Jesus!
When you look at your circumstances, you may become discouraged. When you look at others, you may become distracted. But when you look to Christ, you find the strength, purpose, and encouragement you need to keep moving forward.
Jesus endured the cross because He looked beyond the suffering to the joy that was ahead. You can keep going when life is difficult because Christ is worth following. You can choose right when others choose wrong. You can stay faithful when others pull back, or even quit.
Whatever comes your way this week, keep looking to Jesus. He's worth it!
